Bartlesville High School

Freshman softball player Savannah Alden is enjoying her first year of varsity athletics and is looking forward to slow pitch season.

“Slow pitch is a whole different game,” said Alden. “The team is looking great.”

Alden said her teammates have been great and she loves the chemistry they are building.

“What I love most about my teammates are the friendships and bonds I have,” said Alden.

In the classroom, Alden said her favorite subject is math and her favorite teacher is Mrs. Wallingford.

“Mrs. Wallingford will always be my favorite teacher,” said Alden.

In a few short years, Alden will be a high school graduate preparing for college. For now, Alden is focused on her grades and competing with her teammates at Bartlesville High School. In her free time, the freshman said she enjoys hanging out with friends and sleeping.
