PLAYERS TO WATCH
Boys Basketball
David Castillo – Bartlesville
David is an outstanding basketball player and a great teammate. He looks to have a big season this year.
Colby Miller – Dewey
Colby is a true leader on and off the court. He is a true role model to his teammates and younger kids. Colby also excels on the court, and in football and baseball. A true all-arond athlete.
Kaide Hill – Oklahoma Union
Kaide is the only returning letterman that has had any game experience, much will be on his shoulders to help lead the Cougars this year.
Girls Basketball
K.K. Duncan – Bartlesville
Duncan is a three-year varsity letterman and a two-year starter. Leader and captain of the team. She has improved her defense and ball-handling ability coming into this preseason. Coaches are looking for big things from her this season.
Jade Upton – Caney Valley
Jade was the team MVP as well as the conference MVP last year as a junior. She is a great floor general and a gifted scorer. She is also the tone-setter on the defensive end of the floor.
Summer McDaniel – Dewey
McDaniel will be a key player for the team this season. She has worked hard at practice and in the offseason, and that should show when she steps on the court.
UNDERCLASSMEN TO WATCH
Boys Basketball
Jacob Veit – Bartlesville
A long and athletic forward that finds himself in the right spots, Veit can impact the game without having the ball.
Ryder Muninger – Dewey
Ryder had a great summer going into his freshman year. He has size at six-foot-two and can score from the three-point line.
Girls Basketball
Kenzie Denny – Bartlesville
A great ball-handler, Denny also has outstanding court vision and is a good passer. Good size at the point guard position, the team is looking for this freshman to have a breakout season.
Camrin Jones – Dewey
Camrin is long, athletic, and plays with no fear. She has a high basketball IQ. She will play a significant role this year and in the program’s future. She is also an outstanding kid off the court.

Boys Basketball
Dayton McCall – Bartlesville
He is the glue guy who does all the little things well.
Clayton Evans – Dewey
No matter what he is doing, Clayton is always going 100% and will always give you everything he can. Always finishing every drill first and always guarding the other team’s best, Clayton is the kind of kid that every coach wants on their team.
Girls Basketball
Alayah Lunn – Bartlesville
A great ball-handler, Lunn can finish at the rim or fill it up from the perimeter. She saw varsity minutes as a freshman and is expected to have a breakout season this year.
