9 Questions with Bartlesville High School’s Grace McPhail 

VYPE: Grace, what do you love most about being a student-athlete at BHS? 

McPhail: Just being able to play with all my friends. 

VYPE: What grade are you in this year and when did you start playing basketball? 

McPhail: I’m a senior this year and I’ve been playing since 3rd grade. 

VYPE: What do you enjoy most about your teammates? 

McPhail: I love how we can do anything together even outside of basketball, they are my best friends. 

VYPE: Do you belong to any clubs or groups at school? Do you play any other sports? 

McPhail: No, just basketball.

VYPE: Do you have a favorite subject or teacher in school? 

McPhail: My favorite subject is math, and I don’t have a favorite teacher. 

VYPE: What is your favorite memory this season? 

McPhail: My favorite memory this year was when we won the Raider Classic tournament in Frontenac, Kansas.  

VYPE: What would you like to do after you graduate? 

McPhail: I want to go play college ball somewhere.

VYPE: What do you enjoy doing in your free time? 

McPhail: Either hangout with my friends or go to the gym and shoot. 

VYPE: Who has been a big influence in your life, on or off the court? McPhail: My trainer Antonio, he has been the biggest influence and has gotten me where I am today.
