Emma Zimmerman

Known for being an elite defender, Emma Zimmerman also has tremendous skills on the offensive end of the court. Zimmerman started as a freshman and is now a sophomore for the Lady Bruins.
“We are starting to play the best basketball we have, and we are peaking at the right time,” said Zimmerman.
This season Zimmerman is playing a mix of shooting guard and small forward. She loves this group of teammates and what they are trying to accomplish together.
“The thing I love most about my teammates is how well we’ve started to play together and how close I am with them,” said Zimmerman. “The goal for this season is to make the state tournament.”
Representing the Bruins on the court and in the classroom is something Zimmerman said she loves to do.
“The thing I love most about being a student-athlete at Bartlesville is the community,” said Zimmerman.
The sophomore said her favorite subject in school is math and she enjoys all of her teacher. When she’s not on the court you can usually find her hanging out with friends.
