Bartlesville’s Mom Of the Month- Angel Olenberger- Presented By Restorations Medical Spa

The moment someone decides they want to become a parent, they begin to take on one of the biggest responsibilities that they will have in their life. There are a lot of things that go into it but one is helping them become the best version of themselves that they can be. Angel Olenberger says athletics has played a role in that for her kids.

“God has entrusted my husband I with raising our boys to the best of our abilities,” she said.

“Sports teach the kids to work hard, stay focused, multi-task, work with others, and so many other things. By prioritizing and supporting them in sports, we hope to raise mature men who are good employees, bosses, coworkers, and friends.”

Angel and her husband have three sons. Eddie graduated from Dewey High School a few years ago. As a student, he played baseball all through high school. He also played summer ball and legion ball as well. Eric is a senior at Bartlesville High School. He started wrestling and playing baseball when he was four years old. He now plays baseball only and will play in college this fall. The youngest, Easton is a sophomore at Bartlesville. He also started wrestling and baseball when he was four years old and he still plays both sports.

She enjoys being a part of the school and community of Bartlesville and Angel is happy for all the opportunities that her boys have been allowed to experience.

“I love the friendships and community found at Bartlesville,” she said. “I love how the stands are full on senior nights and how many opportunities there are for the kids to achieve their goals both athletically and academically.

Angel works in marketing. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting, baking, shopping, traveling, and watching her kids play sports. She is also involved in that area, as she has served on the baseball booster club for three years.
