Oklahoma Union Boys Basketball Preview – Presented by Arvest Bank

BOYS

Coach: Brad Hall

21-22 Record: 24-5

The Cougars are coming off another successful season that saw them make another trip to the state tournament.

Head coach Brad Hall knows that his squad has some work to do this season but he says he has a good group of players that can handle any task thrown at them.

“After two straight appearances in the state tournament, this year will be a rebuilding year for us,” he said. “There are four seniors and one junior who returns, with limited playing experience. The underclassmen will be relied upon for the next season.”

Kaide Hill (6-0, Sr.) is the only returning letterman that has had any game experience. He will carry a lot on his shoulders to help lead this team.

The other seniors that will be called on to step up and take on a bigger role for the team will be Levi Kreider (6-1, Sr.), Austin Harris (5-10, Sr.), Nick Jackson (5-9, Sr.), and Easton Brennan (5-10, Sr.).

Also back this season is Jack Campos (6-4, Jr.) who saw a little bit of playing time but is looking to be a bigger contributor this season. Connor Pierce (6-1, So.), Bodee West (5-9, So.), Grant Reeves (5-9, So.), and Jacob Harris (5-7, So.) are the younger guys that are ready to help out the team any way they can.
