Q&A with Nowata’s Spencer Bullen – Presented By Arvest Bank

VYPE: Why are you passionate about your sport?

Spencer: I am passionate because I feel like I put in so much work and hope to be able to play at the next level.

VYPE: What is your favorite part about being on a team?

Spencer: The comradery I have with my teammates.

VYPE: Who inspires you and why?

Spencer: My older brother, because he was able to meet his goal and I hope to do the same.

VYPE: When and how did you first get into playing your sport?

Spencer: When I was little, my dad would take me and my brother to watch and we just fell in love with the game of golf.

VYPE: What has your sport taught you that you use in your daily life?

Spencer: You can’t think about what happened on the hole before, you have to keep looking forward.

VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation, where do you go and who do you take with you?

Spencer: I would go to Branson with my family.

VYPE: Which professional athlete do you look up to and why?

Spencer: Tiger woods, because he overcame so many obstacles and still manages to compete today.

VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade and why?

Spencer: Mrs. Scott, because she is laid back and very nice.
