VYPE: Who inspires you and why?
Hunter: My father inspires me on a daily basis. I give all the credit for my work to him because he pushes me to the limit and I am thankful for that.
VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you and why?
Hunter: The teammate that leaves the best impression is Wilson Rife. He is a guy who can lead people to go on to do amazing things.
VYPE: What is your favorite part about representing your high school as an athlete?
Hunter: I enjoy representing the school because it gives me a sense of pride to go out there and do my best for the school.
VYPE: Are you involved in any other activities?
Hunter: I am involved in the National Honor Society, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and the Spanish Club.
VYPE: Which professional athlete do you look up to and why?
Hunter: I look up to Derek Jeter because his work ethic was impeccable and he never gave up.
VYPE: What has your sport taught you that you use in your daily life?
Hunter: My sport has taught me to keep working hard no matter what happens.
VYPE: What is the best advice that anyone has given you?
Hunter: The best advice that has been given to me is to keep pushing. Life is going to get harder before it gets easier.
VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation, where do you go and who do you take with you?
Hunter: I would choose to go to South America and go fish the Nile and I would take my father.
