VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you?
Scott: Last year’s senior, Cooper Edwards. He is one of my closest friends and we spent all summer lifting together and working on our footwork.
VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation, where do you go and who do you take with you?
Scott: Florida to see family I haven’t seen since I was in fifth grade. I’d take my brother because we are really close with them.
VYPE: What is your all-time favorite meal?
Scott: Steak and Fries
VYPE: What is the best advice that anyone has given you?
Scott: That no matter what anyone thinks of you, it doesn’t matter, because at the end of the day it’s You vs You.
VYPE: Why are you passionate about your sport?
Scott: My grandpa loved football and wanted me to play. But he died before getting to see me play so I play for him.
VYPE: Which professional athlete do you look up to?
Scott: Trent Williams, he’s the best lineman in the NFL and can teach a lot by his character
VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade?
Scott: Coach Culwell freshman year, he didn’t make anything seem complicated and always helped
VYPE: Who inspires you?
Scott: God. He inspires me to be the best christian version of myself I can be.
VYPE: What is your favorite part about representing your high school as an athlete?
Scott: Being looked up to by all the kids in elementary school and middle school.
